November promotions announced

The Marine Corps has announced the promotion of 311 officers in November. They include 265 active-duty colonels, lieutenant colonels, majors and captains, 34 Reserve officers, three Active Reserve officers and nine chief warrant officers.

In addition, the Corps announced that eight active duty officers, selected for promotion in fiscal year 2012, are expected to pin on in December. Some 16 officers selected in fiscal year 2013 promotion boards are also expected to be promoted in December. See the full list in our Careers and Education channel.
