So you think your job is tough?

The Military Channel challenges that notion with a four-part series — “Toughest Military Jobs” — premiering May 13.

The show explores “the most difficult and dangerous jobs on land, in the air, at sea and at military bases across the world,” according to the network.

The first episode, “Endurance,” follows Marines overcoming low oxygen during a high-altitude climb as well as Air Force pararescuemen, Navy pilots pulling extreme G’s, Coast Guard rescue swimmers and soldiers sweltering in desert heat.

The second episode, “Dirt,” profiles just that — “showcasing the grit behind the glory and featuring the jobs that require a long shower.”

The third episode, “Danger,” follows Air Force bomb defusers and firefighters extinguishing a C-130 blaze.

The finale, “Big,” profiles an engineer installing an improvised bridge, a helmsman learning to steer an aircraft carrier and the personnel involved in excavating a Russian sub from the bottom of a river.

“Toughest Military Jobs” airs at 9 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 13, 20 and 27 and June 3.
