Feedback sought on PT threads

The Marine Corps released a survey Monday intended to solicit feedback from leathernecks on the look and feel of a new physical training uniform, according to a Marine Corps Systems Command release.
The survey takes five to 10 minutes to complete and allows Marines to weigh in on every aspect of clothing design from the style of collar on the cold-weather jacket Marines will wear to the style of cuff on the sweatpants.
Corps officials expect the survey to be available online through the end of the month and encourage all Marines to participate.
SysCom clothing designer Portia Blunt said achieving maximum participation is “the key to getting Marines what they want in a new PT uniform.”
Commandant Gen. James Conway called for a new uniform design in November.
