Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii-based leathernecks are scheduled to return from Iraq on Wednesday, a base spokesman said.

Approximately 200 leathernecks and sailors are expected back from a seven-month deployment, including members of 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines; Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24; Combat Service Support Group 3; and Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 363, spokesman 1st Lt. Binford Strickland said.

As 2/3 returns, members of 1st Battalion, 3rd Marines, have been leaving Kaneohe Bay since Sunday to replace them in Iraq’s Anbar province, Strickland said.
