Officer promotions: Who’s moving up in November

The Army has announced the names of soldiers who will be promoted to officer ranks in November.

The Army announced Wednesday the names of active-component officers who will be promoted in November.

The announcement includes lists for chief warrant officer ranks 2 through 5, and officer ranks from first lieutenant through colonel.
