Marine special operators with nearly twenty years of service are the latest target of the Corps’ great bonus giveaway.

According to a forcewide message disseminated by the Corps on Wednesday, critical skill operators, or elite special operators with the Marine Raiders, who are E-7 and above and have 20 years of active service can net a $50,000 bonus with a four-year reenlistment.

It’s part of the Corps’ Critical Skill Retention Bonus, or CRSB program, to provide “a financial incentive to meet manpower requirements in critical skills,” the MARADMIN reads.

Elite Raiders donning the 0372 occupational specialty will receive under the $50,000 offer if they re-up for fewer than four years.

A three-year contract rates $30,000 and a two-year re-enlistment can fill an operator’s wallet with $18,000.

This year’s CRSB bonuses are on par with last year’s reenlistment incentive to Critical Skill Operators.
