All four senior service enlisted leaders will testify today before congressional members about quality-of-life issues in the military.

Navy Master Chief Petty Officer Michael Stevens, Air Force Chief Master Sergeant James Cody, and newly selected Army Command Sergeant Major Daniel Dailey and Marine Corps Sergeant Major Ronald Green will discuss the fiscal 2016 defense budget request before the House Appropriations subcommittee on military affairs.

The hearing will mark the first appearances as top enlisted leaders for Dailey, who was sworn in Jan. 30, and Green, who took command Feb. 20.
