Problems with USAA members' online access to their bank accounts last week have been resolved, the financial services company said.
Some members experienced difficulty getting access to their online accounts for a few days starting Sept. 13.
The company launched a system upgrade that weekend, according to USAA spokeswoman Laura Propp.
"We typically perform these system upgrades during nonpeak hours to minimize service disruptions for our members," Propp said. "Unfortunately, it took longer than expected."
As a result, some USAA members experienced intermittent service disruptions, limiting some banking transactions.
If members are still having issues with their bank accounts, "we encourage them to contact us so we can work with them individually on a resolution," Propp said.
