6 years ago Congress must direct DoD to quickly confirm the presence of PFAS at hundreds of bases and with a sense of urgency clean up legacy PFAS pollution now — not in 30 years as DoD has proposed. Auditors are looking for a DoD policy on the control and remediation of mold in housing. Twenty two GOP members of the House Armed Services Committee are panning the plan to move troops away from the European ally. If approved, troops would see back-to-back years with 3 percent pay raises for the first time in a decade. Currently, military families must pay an additional premium to keep dependents older than 21 on their Tricare plans.
